A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available to all platform clients and is provided as part of the client onboarding process. Existing clients may request a copy at any time by contacting hello@yondatax.com.
3. Data Processing & Sub-processors
Where Yonda processes personal data on behalf of clients in connection with the provision of our platform and services, we act as a data processor under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our clients remain the data controllers in respect of their own customers’ personal data.
We use a number of trusted third-party sub-processors to help deliver our services. These are listed below. We ensure all sub-processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and that any transfers of personal data outside the UK are subject to adequate safeguards.
