Registration Specialist
Yonda Tax automates indirect tax return processing and submission across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. As we register clients in new states and jurisdictions, this role owns getting those registrations across the line and keeping existing ones in good standing with the relevant tax offices.It's an administrative rolee that requires real judgment. You'll be on the phone with tax offices regularly, and need to know when to push back on information that doesn't match your experience versus when to accept it and escalate internally.You'll work closely with our Support team and Customer Success Managers, picking up registration escalations and helping field client questions
US Sales Tax Specialist
We're adding specialist tax content capacity for a defined 2–4 month project: building out the US tax rules content for a specific set of states inside Yonda's engine.You'd be joining an established in-house tax and product team who run this area day to day. This is a project engagement to accelerate a specific, scoped body of work — extra hands on a build, not a hand-over of ownership.It's content and mapping work, not compliance filing. You won't be submitting returns to the states. You'll be building and testing the return mappings and taxability rules that let our engine produce the correct output for the states in scope.
Customer Support Specialist
You will work closely with colleagues in South Africa, the United Kingdom, and other regions to provide seamless support to our international client base. You will become an expert in Yonda processes and indirect tax workflows so you can support clients with accurate and timely guidance. You will own the first line of communication with customers, helping them navigate questions about tax registrations, filings, portal access, and account issues. You will also play a key role in triage. This includes escalating concerns to Customer Success when needed, delegating operational tasks to admin agents, and coordinating with tax offices on behalf of clients.
Partnerships Executive
Yonda is expanding its Partnerships division and seeking a Partnership Executive to join, owning verticals within the Referral space. This individual would build a referral ecosystem within a specific sector by driving new partner acquisition as well as cultivating strong long term relationships generating high-quality leads.
